Sarah Saward (say-wood)
In the 15 years I’ve been in the industry I’ve worked with some of the biggest brands in the world producing conferences. I have a strong track record of internal and external conferences, product launches, gala dinners and awards ceremonies. My strength is as a show producer; managing content and driving the rehearsal experience.
I am good at working with the presenters and crew to produce a smooth event that runs to time. I am very good at looking ahead and anticipating problems and ensuring that even rehearsal days are a pleasurable experience for those involved.
My normal model of working is to become a temporary part of your team, adding capacity in the busy run up to an event. I work from home or in your office and seamlessly become part of your team from the point of view of the client and your suppliers.
I charge by the day or the hour depending on how you wish to work and aim to give you the most flexibility within the budget you have available. For longer term projects I am also happy to work to a fixed fee.
